Vehicle Issues Loss of gear selection.
Due to worn and stiff gear components in the gearbox, the selector cables eventually fail. The plastic bush at the engine end of the cable wears, forcing the cable to pop off the selector arm causing loss of gear selection whist driving.
This is the reason we originally came up with this repair clip back in 2012, Our aim was to secure the old cable to the selector arm without causing any obstructions and restricting its movement and reducing operations.

By simply sliding it under the worn cable and pinch tightening the retaining screws!
